GENERAL POINTS
1. This is a strictly vegetarian facility.
2. No alcohol is permitted.
3. Smoking is not allowed
4. No outside food or drink items can be brought in.
CHECK IN, CHECK OUT POLICY
a) Check in 2pm and Check out 11am
b) 3-hour grace period beyond the check-out time: no charge till 2pm
c) Up to 8 hours after checkout time: half charge bed and breakfast amount applicable + taxes based
on the room category as long as no treatment is taken on the day of the check out.
d) Beyond 8 hours after checkout time: full charge.
If incurred, post-check- out time charges (as shown above) will be added to the above costs at the
time of final billing. Check-out is defined as the time of releasing the room, not of leaving the
property. Thus guests always have the option of releasing the room and staying in the common
spaces of the ‘gram after final billing is done.
CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT POLICY
a) Rooms will only be hard blocked (a confirmed booking) on payment of a 50% advance.
(special case)
b) A postponement more than 45 days before expected arrival will result in full carry over of the
advance amount. A cancellation more than 45 days before expected arrival will result in full
refund less only a nominal amount of 3 night charge based on group rate as a booking process
fee, loss of business and the applicable bank charges, if any.
c) A cancellation or postponement before 30 and 45 days before expected arrival will forfeit 50%
of the advance paid. In the case of the postponement the remaining 50% will be seen as an
advance against the new dates.
d) A cancellation or postponement less than 30 days before expected arrival will forfeit 100 % of
the advance paid.
e) If the guest cuts short his/her stay after check-in, retention charges are 100%.
The Package Tariff holds in its entirety.
PAYMENT POLICY
a) A room will be hard-blocked for a group only on receipt of 50% advance. If this advance is not
received 30 days before the expected stay of the guest the room will be released back to
inventory. Thereafter it will be subject to availability.
b) 50% to be paid 2 months before arrival. Balance 50% to be paid 1 month before arrival.

REFUND POLICY
a) Please note that the refund, if any, will only be made via the same booking source. If you have
booked via your credit card, the refund will be made via the same route less 2.5% banking
charges. The account number has to be the same and cannot be any other account. Admin
charges of USD 45 is applicable for all refunds. All bank charges or any other charges deducted
by the source are to the cost of the guest. We will not make a refund in cash for amounts
exceeding US$100.
