Ayurvedagram Bali is the torchbearer for authentic Ayurvedic traditions. We’re a holistic place to relax, calm, and heal.
Visiting Ayurvedagram Bali means reverting to a natural state of balance and connection with oneself. You learn to achieve this balance by following an Ayurvedic therapy regimen custom-tailored to every facet your unique self. Our facilities integrate the proven therapeutic practices of Ayurveda and yoga.
We believe the secret to your good health is relaxing your body, calming your mind, and healing your spirit.
Ayurvedic traditions span every aspect of life, including nutrition. The foundation of Ayurvedic nutrition is simple: you are the result of what, when, where, why, and how you eat. Nutrition and medicine work in tandem. You can’t partake of true, authentic Ayurvedic healing without addressing your food.
Ayurveda calls for a balanced approach not just to eating—but also to preparing and digesting your food. It’s all based on your completely unique body-mind constitution, the time of day, season, and your life cycle.
Your food must be high-quality, fresh, delicious, digestible, and lovingly prepared. Everything you eat must fully satisfy your senses. That’s why our restaurant hosts an acclaimed chef, skilled in preparing vegan, static, and allergen-free food.
At Ayurvedagram Bali’s restaurant, you’ll indulge daily in delicious, balancing, and healthy food. Every bite is based on your constitution and specific problems.

Yoga plays a large role in many of our treatment packages. Our yogashala is a large covered outdoor space, surrounded by rich green paddy fields and majestic twin banyan trees.
When taught by certified yoga masters, yoga can have a major impact on the health of your body, mind, and spirit. Stress management, sleep management, women’s care, metabolic disorders, healing pain, detox and rejuvenation, geriatric care, weight loss, post-cancer recovery, and so much more… All can be addressed with a masterful integration of yoga and Ayurveda.
Our doctor will prescribe yoga based on your unique health needs. A typical day at Ayurvedagram Bali can easily involve 3 different sessions throughout the day, or maybe you’ll visit specifically for a silent yoga retreat.
In our yogashala, you’ll bask in nature’s splendor and connect to both the heavens and earth. You can balance your energy and heal what ails you while taking deep breaths or clean, pure air.
Buddha Meditation Circle
As in today’s world Yoga means many things to different people, you may find yourself wondering what practices are best suited for you and why. Our Meditation Circle area is meant to get you on small group yoga sessions with our Yoga Master, or on one-on-one yoga classes.
As you embark on personalised approach of yoga routine fitted for your needs, you will learn how to focus on Yoga practices like:
• Conscious breathing (Pranayama)
• Posture (Asana) Hatha and Vinyasa
• Meditation (Dhyana)
• Relaxation (yoga Nidra)
This helps you achieve mindfulness, which is focusing your attention on the present moment and accepting it without judgment. Being mindful makes it easier to savour the pleasures in life and have a deep connection with your essence.
Ayurvedagram Bali infinity pool (it has an infinity shape, too!) is designed to merge the water with the lush greenery that surrounds the resort. Our pool is made of Balinese volcanic lava rock and natural limestone to make swimming an experience that immerses and connects you with the elements of nature.
We encourage you to step outdoors and find yourself surrounded by rich greenery, rice paddies, and sprawling jungle flora. It’s an idyllic setting for getting active and recentering any time of day.
Take a long stroll to be alone with your thoughts and watch the sun rise. Let yourself get lost in the scenery of awaking Nature, see the village folks going by, enjoy thousands of birds and lush green. As the sun sets, walk with a loved one or new friend to catch up on the day’s activities.
