Your healing journey at Ayurvedagram Bali will begin with a ‘one-on-one’ consultation with our Ayurvedic Physician, who will ascertain your unique dosha on the basis of pulse diagnosis and other Ayurvedic assessment parameters.
• Abhyanga (Synchronised Medicated Oil Massage Therapy) - 45 mins
A traditional Ayurveda Oil Massage, that aims at pacifying the tridoshas and bring balance to mind body and spirit. Warm oils infused with dosha specific healing herbs are rhythmically massaged into your body to relieve stiffness, calm the nervous system, loosen accumulated toxins in the tissues and direct them towards elimination.
• Svedana (Herbal Steam Bath Therapy) - 15 mins
This therapy is used to induce sweat or perspiration after the Abhyanga Massage. Considered a potent support for eliminating toxins from the body and establishing a balanced state. Has numerous health benefits- relieves muscle aches and pains, softens tissues, improves blood circulation, accelerates metabolism and aids in weight loss.
• 3 Group Sessions of Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama (Breathwork) - 45 mins each session
Our Yoga acharya, skilled and experienced in both Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga will lead you through guided sessions of yoga asanas (yogic postures), pranayama (conscious breathwork) and varied meditation techniques. The ultimate aim of our practitioners is to enable each guest to incorporate these into their daily routine.

Body Scrub An Ayurvedic herb scrub is applied and gently massaged all over the body to naturally exfoliate, resulting in supple and soft skin. Body Glow Specially formulated Ayurvedic paste is applied all over the body   and massaged into the skin. Leaving your skin radiant and glowing. • ‘Sundara Vadana’ Facial ‘Sundara’ meaning beautiful and ‘Vandana’ meaning worship, literally is worshiping your skin to render it beautiful. This 75 min hydrating & deep cleansing facial is a Signature beauty treatment , rooted in classical Kerala Ayurveda traditions, exclusive to Ayurvedagram Bali. Designed to gently cleanse your skin and nourish it at a deeper level, using only the purest Ayurvedic ingredients Like Rose water, Carrot Seed oil, Coconut milk, Njavara Rice & Almond paste. Our Sundara facial will leave your skin hydrated & deep cleansed and luminous. complexion. It is suitable for all skin types.
Hair Care Treatment
Our hair care ritual facilitates a luxurious hair and scalp care experience. Inclusions: Soothing massage with a light oil stimulates the scalp for 30 min. Application of a hair pack made from Curry leaves, Amiaki and other herbs, proven effective in preventing hair loss and strengthening the hair roots. The hair is wrapped in banana leaves and left for 10 mins. Cleansing with a traditional shampoo made from red hibiscus flowers and leaves & allowed to dry naturally in fresh air and sunlight. The treatment culminates in an exotic perfuming ritual. The semi dried hair is perfumed with a sweet smelling traditional aromatic incense known as sambrani dhoop.
