Like all other treatments at Ayurvedagram Bali, this too begins with a ‘one-on-one’ consultation with the Ayurvedic physician. Hence prior information of your medical history is crucial, so that the instructor can guide you to relax and delve into meditative state effortlessly and safely. The Physician considers each person's unique needs, based on the person’s unique dosha, current mental and physical health, and imbalances if any and then recommends specific meditative techniques to restore well-being.
We take health precautions seriously. If you have any medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, any physical disabilities or taking any kind of psychiatric treatment or medications you may have undertaken in the recent past, or are currently taking, please inform us beforehand.
