Our Yoga practice is rooted in both the classical forms of yoga - Hatha and Vinyasa.


A yoga class at Ayurvedagram Bali typically includes asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), shuddhi kriyas (cleansing practices) and mudras (channelling of energy) to enable an immersive yogic experience. Our skilled Yoga masters will be gently ease you into the practice with the technique that feels right to you, especially if you are a beginner. You could opt to join a guided group session or have an individual session tailored to your specific need or goal.


A consistent practice will lift your spirit, soothe your soul, calm your nerves, strengthen your muscles, help lose weight and tone your body among other benefits. The benefits of yoga, thus go far beyond being able to do a cobra pose or downward facing dog pose. It is a way life!
